Ordering Policy for PVC Horse Sense

The Horse Sense range is made in Australia from PVC coated terylene webbing. They are good looking, soft and really strong, need little upkeep and are so easy to clean. Comes in many colours with either white or black lining as standard. First pick your colour and then advise us what colour backing you require. You can pick this colour from the backing colours on the 'colour chart' from the menu. List your requirements/colours in the 'Any comments or special requirements' field displayed after placing your order. ALL Horse Sense PVC equipment is made to order. The manufacturing time will vary. It can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks, so please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. (Usually turnaround time is approx. 4 weeks. From time to time an item ordered may be in stock so you will receive it earlier.) Unfortunately as the equipment is custom made to your orders, they are NON REFUNDABLE. Payment is up front for all custom made PVC equipment orders. Once payment is cleared your order will be placed with the manufacturer. Y Line equipment is standard and comes in the colours listed only. They are not custom made to order.
