Ordering
Postage
-Orders will be processed and posted as soon as possible. If in stock, orders will be dispatched by the next working day. Depending on our supplier, please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. You will be contacted with an approximate delivery time.
-Orders are sent via Australia Post.
-All goods are offered in good faith at time of sale, and are subject to availability from our suppliers. If for some reason a product is out of stock, we will attempt to re order as soon as possible. We will contact you immediately with availability and possible delay times.
-We aim to keep postage as low as possible. Postage is determined by weight and destination. Once an order is placed we will contact you with a postage cost. It is then up to you if you wish to place the order.
Usually:-
-A single small order is approx. $6.95
-A single medium sized order is approx. $9.95
-Multiple small orders and an order containing a light horse rug usually begin approx $15.95
Remember, Shilton Saddlery will always notify you with the postage cost before the sale goes through, and it is up to you whether or not you wish to proceed with the sale.

-Shilton Saddlery takes no responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen during transit. We recommend all parcels be registered.
-Any overseas orders or enquiries please contact us and we will provide you with a postage price prior to paying.
Payment
Credit cards- We accept Mastercard or Visa on our secure online credit card service.
PayPal- We accept payment via PayPal. Type PayPal in the 'other' field upon checkout and we will send you an invoice through paypal.
Cheques- We will accept cheques, however orders will only be processed once cheques are cleared. This will take up to 7 working days.
Direct deposit- into our nominated bank account.
-All orders will be processed only once money has been received and/or cleared.
