Terms and Conditions

 

-Shilton Saddlery is an online saddlery only ( www.shiltonsaddlery.com.au ), and as such all products can only be viewed online before purchasing.

-Shilton Saddlery is an Australian based business. ABN 76 870 710 298

-Our saddle bag (shopping cart) is currently set up to accept orders in Australian currency only. If you are an overseas buyer please contact us at email@shiltonsaddlery.com.au and we will answer questions on price and postage costs.

-All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars AUD$ and include GST.

Ordering

-Orders will usually be dispatched by the next working day, subject to availability. Depending on our suppliers, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. 

-All Horse Sense PVC Equipment is made to order. The manufacturing time will vary. It can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks, so please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. (Usually turnaround time is approx. 4 weeks.) Unfortunately as the equipment if custom made to your requirements, they are NON REFUNDABLE. Payment is made up front for all custom made PVC equipment orders. Once payment is cleared your order will be placed with the manufacturer.

-As Horse Sense PVC equipment is custom made, Shilton Saddlery is unable to provide an estimate as to when your order will be completed. From time to time, the manufacturer has a higher than normal work load, and orders can take longer to be made. This is out of our hands as the Retailer of this equipment.

-Orders are sent via Australia Post.

-All goods are offered in good faith at time of sale, and are subject to availability from our suppliers. If for some reason a product is out of stock, we will attempt to re order as soon as possible. We will contact you immediately with availability and possible delay times.

-Credit cards- We accept Mastercard or Visa on our secure online credit card service.

-PayPal- We accept payment via PayPal. Type PayPal in the 'other' field upon checkout and we will send you an invoice through PayPal.

-Cheques- We will accept cheques, however orders will only be processed once cheques are cleared. This will take up to 7 working days.

-Direct deposit- into our nominated bank account.

-All orders will be processed only once money has been received and/or cleared.

Refunds and Returns

-Refunds will only be offered for faulty goods accepted by our suppliers. Goods shall be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please return goods to us within 14 working days of items sent. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to send the items to us.

-All PVC equipment is NON REFUNDABLE, as they are custom made to your requirements. Please ensure you are ordering the correct size before placing the order.

-Please contact Shilton Saddlery by phone/fax/e-mail email@shiltonsaddlery.com.au with the reason for your return before sending the products. We will then send you a refund number that you must quote with your returned item.

-Goods WILL NOT be refunded if you change your mind once goods are received. However we will offer a credit note in its place, if goods are returned in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 working days. Postage costs are at the expense of the purchaser and WILL NOT be reimbursed by Shilton Saddlery.
